Description

The U.S. Military Academy has a requirement for one all solid state, diode pumped, frequency doubled Nd:YVO4 or Nd:YAG laser system that will provide a near diffraction-limited beam with TEM00 continuous wave (cw) output at 532 nm. In order to be suitable for holography, the laser must be single frequency with a bandwidth no greater than 6 MHz and an RMS noise no greater than 0.03%. The power must be continuously tunable up to 5 W. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business participation. Th e applicable NAICS code is 334413 with a size standard of 500 employees. The issue date on this solicitation will be on or about 4 December 2001. The closing date on this solicitation will be on or about 14 December 2001.
