CONTRACT INFORMATION: This is Amendment #4 to BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT #DTRS56-01-BAA-0002, Titled: Ongoing Transportation Service and Infrastructure Assurance Research Activities, for the United States Department of Transportation, Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA), Office of Contracts and Procurement (DMA-30), 400 7th Street, SW, Room 7104, Washington, DC 20590. Due to the extraordinary mail situation (refer to Amendment #3), White Papers (HARD COPIES) under the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) DTRS56-01-BAA-0002 will be accepted until 4:00 PM EST, December 4, 2001. SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED AFTER 4:00 PM EST ON DECEMBER 4, 2001 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please ensure that all white papers (10 hard copies) are sent via commercial express/overnight mail (FEDEX, UPS, etc) carrier. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
