Description

This amendment to the 21 November 2002 Synopsis provides clarification as to abstract and proposal submittal times. This clarification supercedes all submittal times previously stated: All abstracts shall be received by 7 January 2002. Upon review, th e Government will respond to proposal abstracts with a recommedation to submit or not to submit a full proposal and the time and date for submission of a full proposal.
