Description

This is the US Army War College, Broad Agency Announcement, soliciting conceptual research ideas and/or dialogue proposals for national security use of landpower. All proposed methodology and forums will be consirered (i.e. research or travel grants, conf erences, writing and editing). Deliverables are scholarly papers, articles, monographs, conference rappatour reports, edited collections of papers, and/or books. Views expressed shall be the authors and not the policy or position of the Army. The AWC is not interested in specific engineering technology. This aquisition is unrestricted. There is no closing date. All proposals will be evaluated by a formal peer review process as they are recieved and in some cases immeditately awarded without regard to other proposals.
