VISN 21 has a requirement for a contractor to provide DataFax software license and passwords for its facility at VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. Contract period is from January 18, 2002 through January 17, 2003 with four 1-year renewal option periods.
