Description

THIS CHANGE CONCERNS THE PRE-SOLICITAION CONFERENCE: The location of the pre-solicitation conference is changed to the WOOD THEATER, FT. BELVOIR, VA. The conference will be held on December 12, 2001, 8:30 a.m. The security clearance for the conference is changed from collateral secret to unclassified. The refore security clearances are no longer required. Due to the location change, each company, including divisions and subsidiaries, is allowed three (3) representatives for conference attendance. Each company is required to register their representatives upon arrival at the conference. Pre-registration is no longer necessary. Concerning entrance on to Ft. Belvoir, due to heighten security, vehicles without Ft. Belvoir vehicle decals must enter through the Pence Gate or Tully Gate. At those gates, visito rs will be given a one-day pass to enter the Post. A map to the Wood Theater and entrance gates can be found at www.belvoir.army.mil/aafesmap.asp.
