Description

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences intends to award a sole source purchase order to provide funding to the First Environments Early Learning Center, Research Triangle Park, NC, pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) -- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The justification for this determination is based upon P.L. 102-393.40 USC 490B, federal day care sponsors can use appropriated funds for maintaining their day care centers. This funding is for janitorial services. NIEHS is not seeking sources for janitorial services. The NAICS Code/Size is 561990/$5.0M. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. There is no solicitation package.
