Description

The Dept. of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Katrina Van Dine, P.O. Box 1046, Middlebury, VT 05753. The contractor shall be responsible for continuing to conduct a Management Plan Review to produce Management Plan documents, draft and final Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statements, as needed for completion of this process. The Management Plan Review is a multi-stage process with Ms. Van Dine having conducted the initial review which is now in the final stages. This work is in support of the Management Plan Review for NOAA/Stellwagen Bank, NMS, Scituate, MA. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Companies who are capable of providing the above service must submit in writing their capabilities of performing the required task within 10 days of this announcement. Copies of Request for Quotation, EA1330-02-RQ-0007 will only be provided to companies that are determined to be capable of performing the service. RFQ to be issued on or about November 30, 2001. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. This is a simplified acquisition with a value of less than $100,000. =20
