Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for Closing Agent Services for the Nashville, TN Area. The following counties are included in this area: Davidson, Clay, Dekalb, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Putnam, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Wilson, White, Cheatman, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Stewart, Robertson, Giles, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Perry, Wayne, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Moore, Rutherford, Van Buren,and Warren. The Closing Agent is required to handle the closing services for the sale of HUD Acquired single family (1-4 units) residential properties, document preparation for such closings, and associated loan paperwork. This will be a one-year contract with four (4) option years. The Closing Agent must meet the Small Business Association's Small Business standard for the NAICS code 541191, annual gross revenue not exceeding $ 5 million.
