- Description
- The US Army Contracting Command Europe (USACCE), Wiesbaden Contracting Center, is looking for interested sources to provide contract workers to perform administrative and management duties in the Task Force Falcon (TFF) Area of Responsibility (AOR), which includes locations in Kosovo and Macedonia. The selected source will provide an estimated workforce of 120-150 persons to perform services within the TFF AOR. USACCE anticipates that the employees provided will be host country nationals/local hires, with t he possible exception of key management positions. These local hires will be temporary, not to exceed five years. All contracted personnel will be subject to an intern/probationary period to learn the requirements of their assigned position and demonstrate their ability to perform to standard. All local national contractor personnel must be proficient in written and spoken American English. All contractor personnel must be able to pass security/background investigations and be free from any derogatory infor mation that would prevent them from being able to obtain a KFOR identification badge. Ability to obtain KFOR badge is a prerequisite for all contractor personnel to work in the TFF AOR. Contractor personnel will NOT be identified as a US Government employe e and will retain their identity as a contractor employee. The selected source will be required to function as a local human resources department to fill positions identified by the TFF Area Support Group (ASG). The type of personnel to be hired would incl ude, but not be limited to management, administrative, personnel specialists, and drivers. USACCE anticipates that a competitive request for proposal for this requirement would be issued at some point within the next twelve months. The anticipated contract ual vehicle is an indefinite quantity type contract containing both firm fixed price and cost type features.
