Note 22 applies. This acquisition will be Sole Source to Alfred Haber, Inc. 321 Commercial Avenue, Palisades Park, NJ 07650, who is the exclusive rights holder for international distribution of the television programming described herein. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only Request for Proposal. A written Request for Proposal will not be issued. The request for proposal document and contract incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. The SIC code is 7812. The Television-Audio Support Agency intends to procure the international broadcast rights to "Guinness World Records: Primetime," "Michael Jackson: 30th Anniversary Celebration: The Solo Years," and "Jennifer Lopez.? This is for off-the-shelf programming delivered to and in support of the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service located at 1363 Z Street, Bldg 2730, March ARB CA 92518-2017.
