Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not to be issued. The Solicitation Number is DAAE07-02-Q-M019 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This is being issued on a full and open competitive basis. The Contract CLIN ITEM Number (CLIN) is 0001A for 4 each Miller Welders, Dimensions 452, Model Number 903254, 450amps at 38 VDC to include the following components: Light Weight Portable Wire Feeder: Miller S-32P w/contactor and gas valve, SN 159928-02-1 (8/3 10 FT. Primary Cable, # 1/0 10 FT. 1/0 Cable, #GC300 Ground Clamp 300amp, # T-120 Lug Soldier, # 079595 Drive Roll Kit 035) and Welding Gun: Miller Roughneck C- 5015, 15 FT., 500amps, # A310-3545M, SN 194759, 100% Duty Cycle w/C02 gas, (#140-0214 contact tips, (quantity 25 each), #014-0021 gas diffusers, (quantity 5 each), #124-9003 liner 17 FT. (quantity 2 each), and #145-0078 nozzles (quantity 5 each). NOTE: Potential supplier must be able to support this requirement due to the high rate use of the consumable items. Please ensure one copy of each manual and parts list is overpacked with each welder and components as applicable; TM stock #163768/OM-277G; stock # 168470/OM-1590D and stock # 199706/OM-199706.
