Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Fl. intends to restrict competition to those contractors with capab ility of providing an upgrade the Legacy System located at the Naval Aviation Depot (NADEP), Jacksonville that will be compa tible with NADEP's existing applications and allow compatibility between the three depots in terms of operating the Continge ncy of Operation Program sites (COOP). This procurement will be processed under FAR 6.302, for upgrade of the Legacy System . This is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the Government will consider all proposals/quotes that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the Government that are received within six days after publication of t his synopsis. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.***** MMMM
