Description

A/E Services required to develop construction specifications and drawings for the relocation of business offices for the Information Resource Management (IRM) and Quality Management Offices. The work shall include the necessary investigation for document development. The area for renovation is the 3rd floor East Wing of Building one (1), the new area will include new offices, conference room, receptionist area, public restrooms, etc. The space available is approximately 9,000 sq. ft. The design will include general construction, demolition, HVAC, electrical upgrades, removal of asbestos insulation and lead paint. The services of a Certified Industrial Hygienist will be required. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code for this project is 541310. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
