Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS), Specialized Contracting Service Center intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, services and support for ImageNet Software from Foodconnex Worldwide of Auburn CA. The software is to support the Agricultural Marketing Services with the continuation of an ongoing effort to provide digital imaging services to support food inspection programs. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The Government intend to purchase software upgrades and unlimited sales and technical support. The period of performance is for a one year period. Statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
