Description

17. The Naval Sea Systems Command is issuing a sole source Delivery Order to Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-02-G-6203 to Oceaneering International, Chesapeake, VA for completion of a Restricted Availability scheduled to be conducted on Dry Deck Shelter (DDS-03P) at SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team Two in Little Creek, VA commencing 14 January 2001. Since there is insuf-ficient time with which to conduct a competitive evaluation prior to commencement of the required effort and the fact that Oceaneering International is logistically closest to Little Creek, VA, Oceaneering International is being awarded the delivery order under Line Item 0003 as an undefinitized contractual action with a maximum ceiling amount subject to downward adjustment only.
