Description

Notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Bell Atlantic Federal Integrated Systems for maintenance of EPA's Teloquent Automatic Call Distribution Unit and Associated Equipment for a period 5/01/00 ending 09/30/00 and a subsequent period beginning 10/01/00 and ending 09/30/01. A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order has been made because Bell Atlantic Federal Integrated Systems is Teloquent Communication Corporation's sole supplier to the Federal Government.
