Description

This acquisition is a HUB-Zone, Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Clas sification System Code (NAICS) is 561730, Bus. Size $5.0 million. The General Services Administration, Special Services Div ision will contract to provide landscape maintenance services for the General Services Administration at various locations w ithin the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. Services will be provided for 1 year with the Government having unilateral opti on to extend for 4 consecutive 1 year periods. All quotes received from the responsive responsible sources will be consider ed. Service is scheduled to begin April 1, 2002. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 20, 2001.
