CBD Notes: 1; This presolicitation notice is a total small business set-aside, size standard: $5 Million, NAICS Code: 561920 with a NTE amount of $450,000.00. This is a best value, low cost technically acceptable solicitation. Prospective offerors shall furnish all facilities, personnel, equipment and services for lodging accommodations, conference facilities, AV equipment, catering services, ancillary services, registration management, including all personnel and services to set-up/take-down, operate and maintain the equipment for a military transportation training symposium. This is a 2-year contract. One (1) base year and one (1) option year. The majority of the work performed will be during the actual one-week symposium timeframe.
