Description

Project consists of complete demolition and removal of an existing bathhouse and the construction of a new bathhouse. The new building will consist of a six unit toilet with four showers and will be approximately 900 S.F. The project includes connection of all plumbing, electrical, and sewer lines to the existing systems. Project is located on the Holly Springs NF, Marshall County, MS. The Government estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitions may be requested via fax at 601-965-6029. Telephone requests are discouraged. Project is open to both large and small business concerns. A 20% Bid Bond is required and successful bidder will be required to submit 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond prior to commencement of work.
