Description

This will be a service contract for used tire disposal for the Surface Maintenance Office of the California Army National Guard located at 9800 Goethe Road, Sacramento, ca 95827. Unit Poc is CW4 Mary Holly, 916-854-3762. Time Period is a Base Year star ting 01/01/02 thru 09/30/02 a nine (9) month period, with two option year option, from 10/01/02-09/30/03 and 10/01/03-09/30/04. Scope of Work to include: Unserviceable tires to be removed by vendor within twenty (20) days of notification of requirement to remove load; tires to be stacked without regard to size or degree of unserviceability; period of time to start 01/01/02 thru 09/30/02. During which time the vendor may be required to make multiple trips to following pick up points: Stockton, CA; Bakersf ield, CA; Fresno, CA; Santa Rosa, CA; Camp Roberts, CA; San Diego, CA; Fort Irwin, CA; Los Alamitos, CA; and Long Beach, CA. Estimated quantity for year 220 tons.
