Description

This acquisition is for the procurement of 1508 each Connecting Link, Rig, P/N: 4071755, NSN: 3040-01-342-4803NZ. Size and dimensions: .630" W x 16.277" L. Form fit and function: The primary function of the connecting Link is to position the Augmentor convergent nozzle segment into the open and close position during augmentation. Appl: F100PW229 engine. Predominant materials: Composed of AMS 5662 Nickel Alloy; The tube is composed of AMS 5589 Nickel Alloy. Required delivery schedule: 1508 each per month starting 31 July 2002. The items will be ship to FB2039. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SOLE SOURCE TO PRATT & WHITNEY, OEM. Sources must be approved prior to being considered for award. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO DELAY AWARD PENDING APPROVAL.
