- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Interested parties may view the solicitation on-line at http: w ww.uspfo-mo.org. The request for quote document number is DAHA23-02-T-0016 and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through FAC 02-01. This solicitation is a small business set-aside under NAICS 335999. The contractor is to provide Liquid Lev el Switch, Spectron Glass and Electronics, Inc. Part Number: CG 467-A-001 or equal, a quantity of 200 each. The vendor may choose to offer products of alternate manufacturers. Inspection, acceptance and shipping are to be FOB Destination, Springfield, M O. The following DFAR Clauses are applicable: 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive orders Applicable to Defens e Acquisitions of Commercial Items; (a) 252.225-7001 and (b). The evaluation factors in order of importance are as follows: Technical capability of item offered to meet the Government s requirements, vendor s past performance to meet delivery and price. Each offer should include the following: Item indicating manufacturer, part number, price, and delivery. Submit at least three references to include; name, address and telephone number. Awardee must accept EFT payment and provide account information. A completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3; Offerors Representations and Certifications must accompany your proposal.
