THE FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CENTER INTENDS TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO AMERA-CHEM, INC. THE PURCHASE OF 2,000 DRUG IDENTIFICATION BIBLES. AWARD WILL BE MADE USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 13.106.1 (b). NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. ALL TIMELY RESPONSES WILL BE CONSIDERED. HOWEVER, A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS REQUIREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
