See notes 1, 9 and 26. This is an acquisition for 75,000 sets of Medal Set, European-African-Middle Eastern/8455-00-269-5768. The Medal Sets consists of Service Ribbon 8455-00-257-0537. The deliveries will be required 165 days after award. Six deliveries. The destinations will be the New cumberland Depot and the Arizona Ind. F/Blind. One (1)100% Mandatory quanity option will be included in the solicitation. The issue date and close date are estimated -- issue date 1-15-02 and close date of 2-14-02. (This is a metal item not embroidered) Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLa Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home after (estimated date). From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the lefthand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFP's.
