Description

SF 254/255's will not be used for the selection of a contractor under this requirement. AE procedures will not be used. In approximately 30 days, this notice will be updated again, citing the evaluation criteria that will be used in a Best Value Selection for these services previously descibed. The requirement will remain a 8a set aside. The capabilites of the firm will also remain the same.
