Notice of availability of a prospectus for the award of a concession contract authorizing a campground store to provide convenience and camper supply items, snack bar, bicycle rentals, and vending located at the Cades Cove area approximately 10 miles from Townsend, Tennessee for the visiting public of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for a period of five years. The approximate visitation on the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Tennessee in 2000 was 10,176,000. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR, Part 51 has determined that this is a not qualified concession contract, based on the fact that the business is estimated to result in annual gross receipts to be greater than $500,000 in the first 12 months of its term.
