FBI Academy Student Activities Building Crossroads Lounge Quantico, Virginia December 5, 2001 (Tentative) Facility Mission: To uphold the law through the investigation of violations of federal criminal law; to protect the United States from foreign intelligence and terrorist activities; to provide leadership and law enforcement assistance to federal, state, local and international agencies; and to perform these responsibilities in a manner that is responsive to the needs of the public and is faithful to the Constitution of the United States. Target Audience: The National Academy is a post-graduate level academy that is integral in the continuing education of law enforcement agents from the U.S. and other countries. Upon graduating from the National Academy, these agents continue on to become chiefs of police, sheriffs, heads of state police agencies, or heads of their respective agencies. The idea is that the "students" will return to their agencies after graduation and implement new programs using new technologies they saw at this expo.
