Description

The government intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract for Radio Repeater, RT-1175C/GSQ, P/O REMBASS II. The contract will be awarded to NOVA Engineering, Inc. 5 Circle Freeway Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45246. This contractor has developed an d qualified units under a Stage I Commercial Operations and Support Savings Initiative (COSSI). Stage II COSSI is currently being developed which will include information to enable future acquisitions of this item on a competitive basis. The required del ivery schedule will be 210 days after contract award. The US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the IBOP Website to allow electronic transmittals of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) from CECOM to ind ustry.
