- Description
- 1. The Navy has a requirement for a critical power site survey at Diego Garcia in accordance with the Navy Specifications. The site survey requires analyis of nine existing UPS systems, of which four are Emerson units and five are Exide Corp units. The Navy intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Gator Power Enterprises, Inc., a small veteran-owned business. Delivery date is 15 February 2002.
