Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking leased office space in Santa Fe, NM. The office space is to be located within the following delineated area: North: Paseo de Peralta/475 from St. Francis/285 to Old Pecos Road South: I-25 from Cerrillos Road to Old Pecos Road East: Old Pecos Road from Paseo de Peralta to I-25 West: South on St Francis/285 to Cerrillos Road to I-25 from Paseo De Peralta/475 The office space must yield approximately 5,000 contiguous square feet and cannot be located on the 1st floor. 13 parking spaces will be required. Lease term will be 10 years with termination rights after 5 years.
