Description

The VA VISN 22 Network Business Center intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source procurement with Dion & Sons, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is for 7000 Gallons Amber 363 Low Nitrogen Fuel and 7000 Gallons California Carb #2 Red Diesel to be delivered FOB Destination to the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357 no later than Friday, December 14, 2001. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. The Government will consider all proposals received by 4:00 p.m., December 12, 2001. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
