Description

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) intends to negotiate with the Mira Digital Publishing Company to develop and manage a website that collects data using information technology to design, develop, service, manage and maintain a database that will receive, organize author information, and approve document submissions by a view committee for publishing proceedings in a digital format. Parties expressing an interest in this procurement must submit a written response which includes detailed information as a professional qualification and relevant expertise/specifically addressing organizational/personnel experience. Expression of interest without sufficient detail to permit evaluation of capabilities will not be considered. Oral expressions of interest will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations nor is a Request-for Quotations solicitation document currently available. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is within the discretion of the Government, Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive simplified acquisitions. In the absence of responses from interested firms demonstrating their capability, NHTSA intends to request a quotation from Mira Digital Publishing Company, on a noncompetitive basis for the work described. Responses must be received by the listed procuring office within 15 calendar days from date of publication of the notice. **** =20
