Description

The VA Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS) intends to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed price contract with Innovative Sports Training, Chicago, IL to provide a Motion Analysis Monitor System, Model 1000, Version 4, for the collection of patient data for immediate viewing graphically or by animation models through custom designed software to capture all aspects of human motion. This commercial item procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302. NAICS code is 541511. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals no later than close of business 12/14/01. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
