For information on USNS Grumman (T-AO 195) Availability Period, and Ship Inspection date, contact Mr. Ronald Quarles (757) 417-4533 / ronald.quarles@msc.navy.mil. For offer's proposal preparation purposes, the duration of the performance period will be 30 calendar days at the contractor's facility. Availability is restricted to the east coast area. A responsible offeror shall be considered eligible if the offerors has executed an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) prior to award of the contract.
