Description

Contractor shall perform title services, curative, closing, and escrow services for Collier, Monroe, and Dade Counties, FL. Contract will be for one year with renewable options for up to four additional years. The solicitation will be available on or about December 20, 2001. To be eligible for award, title insurance companies must be listed on the U.S. Department of Justice list of approved attorneys, abtractors, and title companies or the authorized agent for a title company on the approved list.
