Description

The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery type contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance, Loyalhanna Lake and Conemaugh River Lake, Saltsburg, Pennsylvania. Services include grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, janitorial services and solid waste removal services. The period of performance will be from 1 March 2002 or date of award, whichever is later, through 28 February 2003, with four one-year option periods. The specifications will be available approximately 27 December 2001 and will be provided free of charge. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses (NAICS Code is 561990, $5M).
