Description

The Point of Contact for this solicitation is Teresa Thormar at 206-764-3653.Grounds Maintenance Services for roadsides and grounds of overlooks, recreation areas as and project building grounds at Chief Joseph Dam Project, Bridgeport, WA. Proposed procur ement will result in a Fixed Price type contract with and base and three option periods. The anticipated Base year period is March 1 through December 31, 2002. If awarded, subsequent option periods will have consecutive performance periods of January 1 t hrough December 31 of each follow on year. Work includes refuse and litter pickup; facility cleaning; developed lawn maintenance, non-developed Vegetation maintenance; lawn, tree and shrub fertilization; pruning; hand-pulling weeds; dead vegetation remova l; terrace irrigation; and general ground maintenance service. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on the Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers Contracting Web page in electronic format only. No disks will be mailed. Fi rms must register via the Internet at the following address http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/ct in order to receive notification about amendments. Registered firms will be notified via electronic mail when the solicitation is available for download.
