Description

THIS ACTION IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The U. S. Army Engineer District has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance at Leland Bowman Lock. Base plus four option years. 44 estimated grass mowings of grounds on the Northside, 22 estimated grass mowings of grounds on the Southside of lock, 22 estimated edgings and trimmings of grounds on the North and South sides of lock, 8 estimated herbicide sprayings of the riprap area on Northside, 8 estimated herbicide sprayings of the riprap area on Southside of lock, in accordance with specifications herein. Location of lock is 25995 LA Hwy 333, Abbeville, LA 70510 (Lock located at the end of Hwy 333. A site vistit is highly recommended. Note 1: Specifications are available upon written request. The written request must contains the following information: company name, address, poc, phone number, fax number and RFQ reference number. Send request by fax (504)862-2889 to my attention, Melissa A. Vaughn. No phone call requests will be accepted. Note 2: This action is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns, therefore you must be considered a SB concern to quote this project. Certfication of this shall be completed under FAR 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications. Note 3: Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required by Federal Regulations (See FAR 52.204-7004), therefore you must be CCR registered to be awarded this project. Closing date January 10, 2002 at 10:00 a.m.
