Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ) number is RFQ 877040 and should be referenced on offers submitted. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for a brand name or equal to (100 quantity) an Olympus P-330N color video printer. Specifications include: One S-video and one phone jack input and one phono jack output connector. The maximum dimensions cannot exceed 10.75"W x 3.25"H x 9.5"D. Minimum color specifications should be 256 levels (8 bits) per color (24 bits) approximately 16,770,000 colors or greater. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)97-27. This RFQ is 100% small business set aside and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 323115. Offerors shall include shipping charges (if applicable), delivery schedule and warranty information with their quote. Quotes shall also contain sufficient technical information for the government to evaluate any "equal" offer in accordance with the specifications provided above. Offerors quoting other than "brand name" without sufficient technical descriptions will not be considered. Award will be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. Delivery will be made to FBI, ERF Building 27958A, Quantico, Virginia 22135. All quotes are due by 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, to Attn: Luwanna K. Greene at facsimile (202)=20 324-5472. Only faxed offers will be accepted.
