Description

This notice is modification 3 to pre-solicitation notice posted October 22. Modifications 1 and 2 were posted November 15 and November 21, 2001 respectively, and updates previous information regarding OFW Pre-Solicitation Conference. Conference will be c onducted January 17 to January 19, 2002 and will be held at The Westin Waltham-Boston, (800) 937-8461, Waltham, MA. When contacting the hotel, please refer to OFW Pre-Solicitation Conference. Firms interested in attending the OFW Pre-Solicitation Confere nce are required to submit the name, address, email, and phone number of each person planning to attend the event NLT January 4, 2002 to Pat Ross, patricia.ross@natick.army.mil, (877) 283-7798 or (508) 233-4606. A fee of $150 per person to cover the cost of meals will be required for each attendee. Continental breakfast will be provided daily during the conference and lunch will be provided on January 17 and 18. Make checks or money orders payable to The Westin Hotel c/o OFW Pre-Solicitation Conference. Credit cards will not be accepted. Payments must be mailed prior to January 9, 2002 to Natick Soldier Center, ATTN: AMSSB-RTP-W (N) (Pat Ross), 15 Kansas Street, Natick, MA 01760 or can be made at the conference. Conference agenda is as previously poste d. The Government will conduct one-on-one discussions with interested firms January 18 and 19. Purpose, format and rules for one-on-one discussions as previously posted. Requests for one-on-one sessions must be submitted to Pat Ross, patricia.ross@natic k.army.mil, (877) 283-7798 or (508) 233-4606 no later than January 4, 2002. One-on-one sessions will be available to any potential offeror making a request not later than January 4, 2002. All other details of planned procurement remain the same as posted in October 22, November 15 and November 21, 2002 notices.
