Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, requires an Indefinite Delivery type contract for Transportation Planning and Economic Analysis with particular attention to Navigation and Port Studies. This contract encompasses the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (see www.lrd.usace.army.mil). The contractor must possess capability to accomplish basic planning oriented studies necessary for the execution of the navigation planning mission of the Corps of Engineers. All responsive proposals shal l be evaluated by utilizing the following factors listed in descending order of importance: 1)Specialized Experience and Past Performance in the work required, 2) Qualifications and Capabilities of Principals, Supervisors and Personnel, 3) Management and C ontrol and 4) Previous DOD awards. Contract will be awarded for a base years with 2 option periods for a total amount Not-to-Exceed $3,000,000.00. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been deter mined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. This announcement is open to all businesses regardless of size. To be eligible for contract award,a firm must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
