Description

Provide all necessary Architect/Engineering services for Replacement of Roofs for various buildings at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. Project Number 632-01-104. (1) A/E shall be a New York State Licensed, Registered Professional Engineer/Architect located within a 50 mile radius of New York City and/or Suffolk County, Long Island, NY. A/E shall be responsible to develop and provide a complete bid document package for the replacement and repairs to roofs, gutters, leaders and associated systems for various buildings at the Northport VA Medical Center. (2) All designs shall be in compliance with VA design criteria, NFPA 101, NEC, etc. Design completion time is one-hundred twenty (120) calendar days after issuing Notice to Proceed. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541310. SF254's and 255's are due in this office 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468 by COB 01/07/02.
