Description

The U.S. Government is interested in leasing space in the Metro South Atlanta, GA/Airport Area suitable for use by the U.S. Probation Office. REQUIRED: Approximately 4,534 Rentable Square Feet to yield approximately 3,943 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. Offer must be for space in a quality building of sound, substantial construction and location shall embody a corporate park and/or professional image. All services, utilties, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be located on a MARTA bus line. LOCATION: From a point beginning NORTHWEST at the intersection of Fairburn Rd. and Campbellton Rd., proceeding EAST to Campbellton Rd./Lakewood Freeway to Jonesboro Rd., then SOUTH to Morrow Industrial Blvd., then SOUTHWEST to Jonesboro Rd. to Highway 138, then WEST to Roosevelt Highway, then NORTH to Stonewell Tell Rd., to Old Fairburn Rd. to Campbellton Rd. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, beginning March 1, 2002.
