Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI). No actual requirement exists and there is no solicitation associated with the notice. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is conducting market research and requesting capability statements from nationwide small business firms that provide conference planning, including planning and organizing, obtaining hotel/facilities and conference agenda. Firms should have knowledge of facilities in the Washington, DC Metropolitan as well as nationwide locations, knowledge of federal travel regulations, knowledge of federal appropriations law as it relates to reimbursement for food and other meeting incidentals, and the ability to accept payment via the Government Purchase Card. Please indicate if the firm is HUBZone, Veteran-owned, Service disabled veteran owned, Woman-owned, etc. A desired but not required qualification is the familiarity with NOAA's function/mission and programs. All responses to this RFI must be received by December 17, 2001. All information submitted in response to this RFI must be in writing to the attention of Kimberly A.
