Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting offers from interested sources to provide in-house Urology clinic and surgery services for the Quentin Burdick IHS Hospital Facility located in Belcourt, North Dakota. Services will be provided one (1) day per week, fifty-two (52) weeks per year, for a base year and four (4) additional option years. The Government reserves the right to exercise the option years. RFP 01-17 will be released approximately December 26, 2001 and the deadline for submission of the offers is tentatively scheduled for January 25, 2002. The IHS anticipates a firm-fixed price non-personal service contract from this solicitation.
