Description

The Government intends to purchase, on a Sole Source basis, complete conference center facilities at Airlie Conference Center, 6809 Airlie Road, Warrenton, VA for the weeks of 21-26 April 2002 and 21-27 July 2002. Airlie was the only conference facility located close enough to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division that met all the necessary requirements for the Senior Leaders Program. This is a requirement for commercial services that will be processed using FAR Part 13 procedures. DoD will no longer award contracts to Contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base.
