Description

Please note that this is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The New Orleans District of the Corps of Engineers seeks firms with the capabilities (personnel and equipment) to obtain measurement of surface displacement and bottom pressure fluctuations due to ship generated waves in confined channels. Instrument deployment would be for short durations of a few weeks or less. The locations of interest would be in remote areas of coastal Louisiana accessible only by boat. Water depths could be as great as 40 feet. Responses to this sources sought notice must be received no later than January 7, 2002. See Numbered Note 25.
