Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Mr. Thomas Boltz to present three (3), three week iterations of the Interagency Military Analysis Course (IMAC). The contractor must have knowledge of the composition, equipment, organizations, and functions of foreign ground, air, and naval forces; warfighter missions, capabilities, and intelligence needs; and the concept governing the joint employment and deployment of foreign armed forces. Responses should reference PR 635-0005Z-02. Interested parties have 5 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualification-capabilities. Such qualifications-capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competitive basis. Responses received without the rquested information may be considered nonresponsive to this synopsis. Oral communications are not accepted. Please indicate the size of your business. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competitive basis, based upon rsponses to this synopsis, is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
