Due to the change in scope of the project that was posted on Oct. 18, 2001, a solicitation will not be issued for a database design and page layout redesign for the 2003 Federal Vehicle Standards, as stated in our Pre-Solicitation Conference Notification. Project will be issued for a page layout redesign only and quotes will be solicited from GSA Schedule contractors in accordance with FAR 8.4.
